Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026 · Reviewed for accuracy of described policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting information, scheduling a consultation, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with Valor Evidence Group LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Company Role and Scope

Valor Evidence Group LLC provides educational consulting, documentation-readiness support, records organization, self-advocacy preparation, administrative process education, and referral coordination to independent third-party medical providers and independent accredited representatives when requested. Services are designed to help veterans organize materials and understand common procedural themes for self-directed VA filings. We do not provide legal representation, VA claims representation, medical services, or guaranteed outcomes.

3. Not a Law Firm or VSO

Valor Evidence Group LLC is not a law firm, Veterans Service Organization, VA-accredited representative, accredited claims agent, or attorney of record. We do not provide legal representation, legal advice, or formal representation before the Department of Veterans Affairs, Board of Veterans’ Appeals, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, or any government agency.

4. Self-Representation Model

Services are provided under a consultative self-representation model. Clients remain responsible for reviewing, approving, signing, filing, submitting, and monitoring their own VA claims, appeals, forms, evidence, statements, deadlines, and communications.

5. No Guarantees

Valor Evidence Group LLC does not guarantee any VA decision, disability rating, effective date, payment amount, appeal outcome, medical opinion result, diagnosis, nexus conclusion, or benefit award. Outcomes depend on the evidence, applicable law, VA adjudication, medical findings, credibility determinations, deadlines, and other factors outside our control.

6. Educational and Consulting Nature of Services

Website content, guides, consultations, reports, templates, and strategy discussions are for educational and consulting purposes only. They are not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional representation or treatment.

7. Medical Services and Independent Providers

When medical evaluations, diagnostic support, independent medical opinions, or nexus letters are discussed or coordinated, such services may be performed by independent licensed healthcare professionals. Medical providers exercise their own professional judgment. Valor Evidence Group LLC does not control or guarantee any medical diagnosis, opinion, conclusion, or provider decision.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing truthful, accurate, complete, and timely information.
  • Reviewing all documents and materials before use or submission.
  • Meeting VA deadlines, filing requirements, and appeal timelines.
  • Maintaining copies of all submissions and VA correspondence.
  • Seeking legal, medical, or accredited representation when needed.
  • Not submitting false, exaggerated, misleading, or fabricated information.

9. Ethical Use of Services

Valor Evidence Group LLC does not assist with false claims, fabricated symptoms, coached dishonesty, altered records, or misleading evidence. If information appears inconsistent, unsupported, or potentially improper, we may decline or discontinue services.

10. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Fees are charged for professional consulting services, time, analysis, strategy development, document review, coordination, and related deliverables. Fees are not contingent on VA approval, rating increase, retroactive benefits, or any particular outcome. Payment terms, package scope, timelines, and deliverables may be described in a separate invoice, engagement agreement, checkout page, or written communication.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the service purchased, work already performed, third-party costs incurred, scheduling, document review, and the terms stated in the applicable invoice or service agreement. Once work has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or incomplete intake materials may affect scheduling and service timelines.

12. Timelines and Turnaround Estimates

Any stated turnaround times are estimates only. Timelines may vary based on case complexity, completeness of records, client responsiveness, medical provider availability, document volume, payment status, technical issues, or other circumstances.

13. Website Content

Website content is provided for general educational purposes. VA rules, procedures, forms, ratings, regulations, and practices may change. Although we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or applicable to your specific facts.

14. Intellectual Property

Website content, guides, strategy materials, templates, reports, branding, designs, and other materials created by Valor Evidence Group LLC are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, sell, distribute, reproduce, or republish materials without written permission, except for personal use related to your own claim.

15. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take privacy seriously and use reasonable safeguards for information submitted to us. However, no website, database, email system, upload process, or digital communication method can be guaranteed completely secure. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites, tools, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or service providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, pricing, or actions.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Evidence Group LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost benefits, lost awards, lost profits, missed deadlines, denial of claims, rating decisions, appeal outcomes, or reliance on website content or consulting materials.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valor Evidence Group LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, inaccurate information you provide, unauthorized submissions, violation of these Terms, or improper use of consulting materials.

19. Right to Decline or Discontinue Services

We may decline, pause, or discontinue services if a matter is outside our scope, if requested services would be improper, if information is incomplete or inconsistent, if payment terms are not met, if communication becomes abusive or unreasonable, or if continued work is not appropriate.
