About Valor Evidence Group

Our mission is to serve those who have served — with clear educational consulting, practical documentation-readiness support, and respectful guidance so veterans can organize records and prepare for self-directed administrative next steps.

Veteran with U.S. flag

Our work focuses on educational consulting and administrative documentation support — helping veterans understand common procedural themes, organize service and medical records, and prepare documentation packages for their own use.

At Valor Evidence Group, we believe every veteran deserves a fair, thorough, and respectful review of their file materials. Through our flat-fee educational consulting services , we support documentation roadmaps, personal statement coaching, and referral coordination to independent licensed clinicians when requested. Independent providers make their own clinical judgments under separate professional responsibility.

Samuel Montalvo

Samuel Montalvo is the founder of Valor Evidence Group, bringing experience with complex records, administrative documentation, and veteran-focused education to help veterans organize disability-claim materials and prepare for self-directed filings.

He has seen firsthand how clear documentation and organized records affect whether a file is easy for a decision-maker to follow — and how many veterans struggle not because their conditions are unsupported, but because records are scattered or key facts are hard to locate.

Valor Evidence Group was created to support that gap with educational consulting, transparent flat-fee tiers, and referral coordination to independent third-party professionals when clinical or accredited representation support is requested.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about educational consulting, documentation-readiness support, and how Valor Evidence Group works.

What is Valor Evidence Group?

Valor Evidence Group LLC provides educational consulting, documentation-readiness support, records organization, self-advocacy preparation, administrative process education, and referral coordination to independent third-party medical providers and independent accredited representatives when requested. We are not a law firm, VA-accredited representative, claims agent, VSO, or medical provider.

Is Valor Evidence Group a law firm?

No. Valor Evidence Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We do not submit claims or appeals, communicate with VA on behalf of clients, or hold power of attorney. If you need legal advice or accredited representation, we may help coordinate a referral to an independent accredited representative, attorney, or claims agent under a separate agreement.

What services do you provide?

We offer flat-fee educational consulting tiers focused on documentation-readiness review, records organization, personal statement coaching, administrative timeline planning, and documentation roadmaps. When requested, we may assist with provider coordination for independent licensed medical professionals or referral coordination to independent accredited representatives. All medical and representation services are performed only by independent third parties under separate agreements and billing.

Who do you help?

We work with veterans and family members who want educational support organizing VA-related documentation, understanding procedural correspondence at a general level, and preparing for self-directed filings. You remain responsible for all filings, submissions, deadlines, and decisions.

How do I get started?

Start by booking an educational consultation through our booking page. We will discuss your documentation goals, records organization needs, and which tier may fit. You can also explore our free educational guides before reaching out.

What makes your approach different?

We focus on transparent flat-fee educational consulting, clear documentation roadmaps, and strict boundaries: we do not provide legal advice, VA claims representation, medical opinions, or guaranteed outcomes. When independent medical or accredited representation support may be appropriate, we describe referral coordination pathways rather than controlling third-party conclusions.

Help Other Veterans Understand the Process

If you have worked with Valor Evidence Group, your experience can help other veterans see how documentation organization, educational preparation, and clear next steps can make the VA disability process less confusing.

Scope of Services

Valor Evidence Group LLC provides educational consulting and administrative documentation support. We are not a law firm, Veterans Service Organization, VA-accredited representative, claims agent, or medical provider.

Our services are educational and administrative in nature, focused on helping veterans understand common procedural themes, organize records, and prepare documentation packages for self-directed use.

We may assist by:

  • Documentation-readiness review and records organization guidance
  • Educational review of documentation gaps (general education, not individualized legal advice)
  • Provider coordination and referral coordination to independent third-party medical providers when requested
  • Educational self-advocacy outlines, administrative issue summaries, and documentation roadmaps for your own use

Independent medical providers and independent accredited representatives operate under separate agreements, separate billing, and separate professional responsibilities. Clients remain responsible for all filings, submissions, deadlines, and decisions.

We do not submit claims or appeals, communicate with VA on behalf of clients, or hold power of attorney. We do not act as accredited representatives before VA under applicable federal representative rules. If you need legal advice or accredited representation, we may help coordinate a referral to an independent accredited attorney, claims agent, or representative, who independently decides whether to accept a matter.

Now you understand the difference.

With Valor Evidence Group, you can organize documentation with structure, clarity, and transparent flat-fee educational consulting — while you remain responsible for your own filings.
